Self-esteem and body image typically go hand in hand. However, body image is how you view your body and what you feel when you look at yourself. Where self-esteem is more about how you value yourself as a person overall. Your body image and self-esteem often coincide with each other and can impact your mental health.   

At the centre, we work with you to gain tremendous insight into yourself and your personal power. By learning to love your body, yourself, and find your voice, you are able to reconnect with who you are. If you are struggling with self-esteem or body image, our team of therapists can provide therapeutic support, helping you move forward into a healthy, compassionate relationship with yourself. We provide a safe, supportive environment to help you grow and develop into the best version of yourself.
