Deborah Alton (B.A., M.A. cand., N.L.P) has been providing psychotherapy for over 20 years for adults, couples, adolescents and families. She also spent 15 years In Social Sevices working with troubled adults and youth as a probation officer. Deborah was an associate for many years at the well known Yonge/Lawrence Centre of Counseling and Consulting in Toronto. She relocated to Barrie and created the Reflection Centre in 2004. Deborah is passionate about her work with families, which is evident in the results achieved by her clients.
Deborah is on the board of the Simcoe Collaborative Law Association and provides Couples Therapy as well as Divorce/Family Coaching. She is committed to assisting couples and co-parents towards a decision making process that  is 'win-win' and she provides a safe environment to explore change. Deborah guides her clients towards removing the barriers to love's presence, and empowers them to live their lives at their FULL potential. 
She is passionate public speaker, teaching groups, teams, and corporations how to effect positive change and transformation.
Deborah is a co-author, and workshop/group faciitator.

Dave MacQuarrie is a retired physician with a Masters of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science and extensive training in Gestalt Therapy and NeuroLinguistic Programming. He is currently completing a PhD at Wisdom University (www.wisdomuniversity.org) on psychological issues related to climate change. Much of his work consists of exploring anger and grief. Dave Is an NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach. He is also an International Laughter Leader in laughter yoga.
Dave is no longer funded under OHIP as he has retired his medical licence. He has been the Consultant Physician (Anger Management) to Bellwood Health Services in Toronto. Cindy McAfee is a graduate of the Social Service Worker Program and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is experienced in group and individual counseling. Cindy has 13 years experience working with clients dealing with addictions to alcohol and drugs. She has facilitated groups in Barrie and works as an addiction specialist at the Reflection Centre. She also works at identifying and resolving a range of difficulties using a strength based perspective to empower her clients to live life to the fullest. Currently, Cindy co-faciitates womens and mixed groups at the Reflection Centre, empowering others to maximize their own potential and strengthen their relationships.














Errin Reilly brings a background in business where she worked in financial services.  During that time Errin became an active volunteer with many charity and community organizations working primarily with children and youth.  Errin's training includes grief support, collaborative family law(family coach) as well as a variety of motivational workshops and business mentoring programs.  Errin helps clients to identify their desired state of being, create a plan to achieve it and breaking it down into manageable steps.  This change could be anything from exiting a relationship, making a major move, or starting on a new career path.  Drawing from her own business skills and education, as well as wisdom and creativity Errin guides many entrepreneurs through the stages of creating a business plan appropriate to the size and needs of their small business.  The end result is a strong working document for the entrepreneur to refer to as they rise to meet the challenges of a new venture.












Laura Pageau has trained in Psychotherapy and is a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. She has a Masters in Counseling and Psychology. Passionate about working in the healing field, Laura offers a unique blend of loving presence, genuine curiosity and compassion in the counseling relationship. Together with the client, Laura allows the unfolding of the process to occur at the clients' pace, which leaves room for the agenda to change and evolve along the way.
Laura works both in Barrie and our Lambton  Centre and has experience utilizing a variety of counseling interventions, including short-term goal focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational and strength-based therapies.
